1. ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a Creative Media Lead (Art Based) to take charge of BU’s visual storytelling across media formats (photography, videography, and other visual assets for social and campaign use).
- This role will focus on producing and directing image & video content that embodies the brand’s positioning and aesthetic identity. You will work closely with Brand and Product teams to deliver compelling media assets that resonate with lifestyle-driven audiences, ensuring every visual touchpoint is consistent, trendy, and engaging.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creative direction and production of media assets, including photography, video, short-form content, and campaign visuals.
- Develop and maintain media guidelines (tone, mood, style direction) to ensure consistency across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies) to execute shoots and video production.
- Conceptualize and produce content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Direct and oversee the creative workflow from ideation, shooting, editing to final output.
- Supervise and approve all visual media to align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Provide creative input for campaigns, seasonal launches, and events, ensuring cohesive media storytelling.
- Manage a small creative media team (content creators, interns, production partners) and encourage innovation.
3. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6 years of experience in media production / creative direction with a focus on photography and video content.
- Proven track record in creating media assets for lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Hands-on experience with shooting, directing, and editing visual content (photo & video).
- Proficiency in media tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.).
- Strong eye for visual aesthetics, art direction, and brand storytelling.
- English communication skills are required.
- Preferred: experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or international brands targeting the U.S. market.

- Range salary: Attractive Salary, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
