SOCIAL COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, execute and manage creative and engaging content on e-commerce platforms to increase engagement and drive sales. Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing content for social commerce.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Social Commerce Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about social media and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social commerce initiatives with overall marketing efforts.

Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other emerging social commerce channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce.
  • Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.

Community Engagement

  • Foster a sense of community among social media followers and customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Influencers

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social commerce efforts.
  • Develop partnerships and promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.

3QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
  • Understanding of U.S. culture.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in operating on one of the e-commerce platforms Lazada/Shopee/TiKi/Tiktokshop.
  • In-depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms and emerging trends. Have experience in booking KOLs/Influencers.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the field of fashion, cosmetics, accessories, gifts,…
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content.
  • Demonstrates writing skills.
