Teecom is looking for a Senior Brand Specialist to join our journey in shaping one of today’s top coloring brands, loved across the US, Europe, the Americas, and Australia. WHAT YOU’LL DO

A. Support Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights.
  • Contribute ideas to integrated marketing campaigns (Amazon, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support the crafting of a cohesive brand story, ensuring alignment across platforms.

B. Maintain Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Assist in managing brand guidelines included as visuals, tone, and storytelling.
  • Help develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and creative guidelines.
  • Support loyalty-building initiatives through personalized content and customer engagement programs.

C. Coordinate Campaign Execution & Reporting

  • Assist in setting and tracking KPIs for marketing campaigns (awareness, engagement, loyalty).
  • Gather campaign performance data, build reports, and share insights with the team.
  • Support content calendar planning and execution across platforms.

D. Collaborate & Learn from a Creative Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and teams to brainstorm and implement ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Be proactive in learning and sharing marketing trends and best practices.

E. Contribute to Brand Reputation & Risk Monitoring

  • Monitor brand mentions and community feedback across platforms.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and supporting proactive brand management.
  • Help prepare communication plans for managing issues if they arise.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Knowledge

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic data analysis.

Skills

  • Creative mindset and good visual taste can contribute to design briefs and content concepts.
  • Strong communicator: clear, collaborative, and customer-focused.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Team player: open-minded, willing to learn, and able to adapt.

Salary and Bonuses

  • Range salary: upto 30,000,000 Gross VND per month, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
  • Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
  • Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
  • Longevity bonuses.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
